Once we begin working together, we take time to fully understand the project before design begins.
We evaluate the property, review zoning regulations, and document existing conditions when necessary. At the same time we work closely with you to clarify priorities, functional needs, and long-term goals for the home.

Design develops through a series of conversations, drawings, and refinements.
We explore how the spaces should function, how the home will relate to the property, and how architectural character can enhance the overall experience of the home.
Throughout this stage we guide decisions while ensuring the design remains aligned with both your vision and the realities of construction.
Once the design direction is established, the project moves into detailed development.
Materials, structure, and building systems are coordinated with engineering consultants and refined into a complete architectural solution. The result is a coordinated set of construction documents that define the project clearly for permitting and construction.
When construction begins, our role continues.
We remain involved throughout construction to help ensure the project is executed in accordance with the design intent. This includes reviewing submittals, responding to contractor questions, and visiting the site to observe progress.
Our continued involvement helps protect the design and support the project through completion.
